company has to apply for company name approval under the MCA.
- Documents

The documents of
MOA, AOA and nominee filing has to be done under the ROC.
- Forms
filing with MCA
The applicant has
to file all the documents under the SPICe form, SPICe MOA and SPICe AOA, along
with the DSC of the directors. After this, the applicant needs to apply for form
49A and 49B for the PAN and TAN generation of the company. The form submission
will be completed only after affixing the DSC of director.
- Issuance
of the certificate
After the
submission of the documents and complete verification by the government
officials, the ROC will provide Certificate of Incorporation to the company.
